NEW Aesthetics is a clinician-owned and operated medical spa located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, dedicated to providing affordable and personalized aesthetic services. Unlike other med spas, we focus on creating customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that individual goals are prioritized without unnecessary upselling. The practice continually expands its service offerings based on client feedback and desires. We offer a variety of services, including Contour Light therapy, weight loss programs, teeth whitening, and more.
Physician Assistant – Co Owner
Sarah Jabo
Sarah Jabo, a Pulaski, WI native, graduated from St. Norbert College in 2002 before enlisting in the United States Army in 2005, where she began her medical career as a Medical Laboratory Specialist. Her dedication led her to the Interservice Physician Assistant Program, earning a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2011. After leaving the Army, she returned to northeastern Wisconsin, spending over eight years at Bellin Health before pursuing her lifelong dream of business ownership. In 2024, she co-founded NEW Aesthetics, where she is certified in Botox through the Allergan Medical Institute and is currently completing a non-accredited liposuction fellowship with Blue Wolf Transformations. Passionate about helping men and women look and feel their best, Sarah balances her career with raising her three children, enjoying camping trips, cheering on the Packers, and rescuing dogs.

Jason Schave
Dr. Jason Schave, a Marshfield, WI native, has over 24 years of experience as a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing his residency at the University of Chicago. Throughout his career, he has treated both acute and chronic conditions while fostering a deep interest in aesthetics, weight management, and medical acupuncture. Certified in medical acupuncture through the Helms Institute at the University of California, Berkeley, Dr. Schave is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care in partnership with his patients. Outside of work, he enjoys life as a devoted bonus dad to four children and three rescue dogs, spending his free time fishing, exploring antique shops, and unwinding at his cabin in the Northwoods.
